Is there a free plan?
Yes. The FREE plan (0 € excl. VAT / mo) includes 9 core modules: among others cases, CRM, e-obituary, mobile app and marketplace. Modules such as calendar or invoices start from the PRO plan.
What do the +€29 / mo and +€79 / mo surcharges mean in the table?
On PRO, some extensions (e.g. cold room, chapels, generators) are available as add-on modules. On PRO PLUS many of them are already included in the package price. Crematorium, stonemasonry and AI assistant are +€79 / mo add-ons on both paid plans. See the comparison table for details.
How many SMS and users do I get on PRO and PRO PLUS?
On PRO: up to 5 staff, up to 5 vehicles and 50 SMS per month. On PRO PLUS: staff and fleet with no limit and 200 SMS / month. The FREE plan does not include an SMS package via API.
Can I add a single module, for example the cold room?
Yes – on PRO you purchase premium modules from the price list (+€29 / mo or +€79 / mo). If you use several extensions, PRO PLUS often costs less than PRO with multiple add-ons.
Does MENTOR run in the cloud?
Yes. Data is hosted securely, with backups and encrypted transfer. You can access it from the office and in the field.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on every plan including FREE. Key case information is on your phone in the field.
How long does implementation take?
Usually from a few days to a few weeks – depending on company size and the scope of data migration.
Does MENTOR meet GDPR requirements?
Yes. We process data in line with GDPR, with a data processing agreement and security policy.
